Within seven to 10 business days, our team will show you our architectural drawings and a bid that outlines the scope of your comprehensive basement finishing project. You’ll be able to review the building plans and do some adjustments to make sure the design matches your vision and budget.

Step 3: Finalizing the Details

Before the actual construction begins, we’ll meet again with you to finalize plans and sign the contract. This is your opportunity to make any final adjustments and confirm your project's details. Your input guarantees the finished basement project meets all of your expectations.
